1. Passport Copy.
2. Recent passport sized studio photo (Size 35 mm X 50 mm).
3.Previous visa copy with entry exit seal.
4. Latest Bank statement (06 Months) (Minimum balance BDT 60,000 for each applicant).
5.Others (Self-latter, NOC, ID card, Visiting card and Covid certificate copy).
6. For Businessman (Trade License Bangla with English Notary, Latter must print on latter pad)
7.Marriage certificate (If Visit with spouse)
8. Birth certificate for child.
