1.Passport (Minimum 06 Month Valid)
2.Two Copies Recent (35mm×45mm) Size Photo with White Background Matt Paper.
3.Bank Statement (Last 06 Months) with Solvency Certificate.
4.Trade License with Translation & Notarized (If Business)

1.Medical Visa: BDT 8,200/= (Minimum 10 Working days for the first-time visit)
